This is just a joke of mine, not actual commentary or criticism of one of my favorite cartoons and cartoon characters of all time.
I noticed Bluto doesn't have many lines making his function in the film seem quite antagonistic. But all it takes are a few pieces of dialogue to change ones perspective of his character.
