A 1947 Noveltoon, produced by Famous Studios, the company that created Casper, Herman and Catnip, Little Audrey and the later Popeye cartoons. Surprisingly, this isn't already on YT, as far as I know. And surprisingly it's pretty funny, too, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. This cartoon is in the public domain.
